Seeing as we've found a bunch of new upcoming movies/specials lately, how would you like to see them released? In a 13 Spooky Tales set? In a Season Set? Another way? You decide!

Individually. I'd like to see ALL of the Animated movies on Bluray in some sort of commemorative set though. Limited run etc.
I'm just waiting for a new series.

In a box? Preferably with UV codes. Not too fussed about Bluray (don't have a player and have no immediate plans to get one).

Curse of the Frankencreep, Stage Fright, and Curse of the Ghost Bear: individually on DVD....maybe with a few bonus episodes like Big Top and Mask of the Blue Falcon
Goal, Mecha Mutt, Scarecrow's Curse: on a 13 Spooky Tales DVD

Wouldn't it be kewl if they created a complete Scooby-Doo collection boxed set with every Scooby episode and movie and special ever made? It would be expensive, but really Kewl for them to do if it was packages right.
As for new stuff...I'd like to see it get released on DVD and Blu-ray individually.

I prefer they way they do it now. The movies by themselves, the specials on the Spooky Tales DVDs. They could do a deprecate release with all the specials later on. Kinda like what Pixar did with their short films.

Are they still going to be making more of the 30 minute specials. I haven't heard of them adding any more to the in progress list. Since the ones already done or coming were announced for us to find long ahead, i get the feeling they may be switching over soon. WHV going back to doing some season sets makes me wonder if the 13 Scooby sets will be given a break for an occasional set. I imagine the random episode sets of like 3 per disc will probably continue either way.
I'm under the impression now some of these smaller episode casual releases may be ways to get some more money towards the HB items that need more "work" Since Scooby season sets have one major obstacle preventing it from being done (The New Scooby Movies secondary set). I wonder if that is the logic of slowing down on season sets for a while and trying to build up some more cash.
I also point this out because WHV has passed the season set only idea of certain shows to Warner Archive, but kept the idea of special sets and combination sets to themselves. So the reason WA can't have Scooby season sets is because WHV has some kind of plan they still want to eventually do for the remaining Scooby sets.
If this Scooby Doo Goal special comes with the rest of the laff-a-lympics, i'll get the feeling they probably are going to put out a couple season sets in the next couple years as a way to give a wink to the collectors, that there is a method underneath the confusing question of "why". which to be honest this fan is completly okay with. If they have a plan to one day let us Scooby fans have whole collections either through random sets and/or later season sets, i'm game. Plus these new specials are pretty cool to have too. While that might have been a little more money to spend to make, i'm sure it also helped sell some of those casual titles. Which i'm sure they probably made more than enough to justify it.
I've been working since 2004 to get my cartoons on DVD, i can wait a little longer to see where WB will take us. If anything, i feel safe in trusting them to eventually give us all they can.

I would like to see a Blu-Ray release covering all the new Scooby-Doo specials, but I doubt that will happen. New DVD releases with a few of the new Scooby Doo specials in good quality, would be enough though. I expect we will see all the older Scooby-Doo DTVs which were widescreen, released on Blu-Ray eventually.
The new Scooby-Doo specials have had shocking DVD releases so far, with Spooky Games been cropped to full frame (4:3) on 'Scooby-Doo: Laff-A-Lympics - Spooky Games', and Haunted Holidays having very poor video quality on 'Scooby-Doo: 13 Spooky Tales- Holiday Chills and Thrills'. I'm surprised there aren't more complaints about these issues.
Warner Bros seem to be using the new Scooby-Doo specials to get people to buy these DVD releases of older episodes, just dumping them on DVD. I hope the DVD releases of the next two new Scooby-Doo specials offer good quality, or I won't be buying any more.

Is the quality of the available shows good enough to support upscaling to 1080? Might look quite horrid. Also DVD's are pretty much ubiquitous whereas BluRay players are still rarer. The main consumers of these are children who are unlikly to have a BluRay player at their disposal.

What's New Scooby Doo?, Shaggy & Scooby Get a Clue! and Mystery Inc. would benefit from Blu-Ray releases, but earlier series would really need a decent restoration. If the earlier series were just upscaled, you would only notice the various defects more.

Based on precedence of every other aspect of the HB cartoon library, i think it's the other way around on the other aspect. Having two rounds and specials is going to increase the cash intake, tacking on the older episodes on the meantime is a way to help get people to bite early.
Following the logic that WHV hasn't given up on the idea of the season sets is the reason there has to be something flowing through their heads. The real telling sign is that because the WB releases seem to nearly all be in original formats. WHV has not only given WA any Scooby products but all the shows/seasons tied to Scooby barring Captain Caveman are off limits too. Had they of just said "forget the season sets and we'll just dump random episodes on special discs" then those other ones and the Scooby seasons would be at WA, which they are not. Since that's the exact same thing that happened to all the other properties. WHV is still making random episode sets to casuals, but season sets are still options because there isn't only one way to release content.
For a contemporary example, Tom and Jerry's re-release set was stalled for a long period, and they kept and are still doing random episode sets and new specials. And in fact now they have continued the Tom and Jerry season sets for their later series with Tom and Jerry Kids Season 1. So in theory Scooby should be the exact same way. They have plans to do them, they are just stalled.
Now tv.com and others seem to be not sure if Beach and Frankencreep are whole new movies or more specials. If they are correctly listed as full movies, But it would fit the pattern. We had two full ones in 2012, two in 2013 and 2 in 2014 would make sense as opposed to one. So if that's true, Goal could be the last of 30 minutes for a while. But if that's the secondary laff-a-lympics set, it'll make sense. Assuming that knocks out the laff-a-lympics that would leave some time for them to put out a couple more sets. Since WHV seems to have pull the trigger on T%J and i bet the smurfs will follow (since in that department WA already said smurf seasons masters were a mess, and all their double dip sets are only from season 1 (that was released) and season 2 that was probably started.
If we don't see Beach or Frankencreep demoted to specials from where they are listed now, i bet they'll probably put out either the Season 2 set of the Scooby Doo show with the season 2 of dynomutt or take another hit off the Scooby Doo/Richie Rich show in 2014. Unless of course WHV just gives up the season sets all together and WA then gets to have them, i'm sure they'd jump at the moment and add one of the sets to the queue as fast as they can.
Okay i've ranted long enough this isn't HTF or flickr where we have lots of people that make these long tirades often XD Let's just get back to waiting for more Scooby.
