What would you do if you had to live with Scrappy for a year?

Run to the store, Get some rope to tie him to a chair, Buy duct tape to tape his mouth and buy a rag and use it as a blindfold.

Lock him in a room with a tv and shove food under the door twice a day I don't want him to die or anything but can't deal with him yapping too well

Wow! I don't know what i'd do if I had to live with Scrappy for a year. Doo, I like your idea. But I think I'd have to cover him completely with a sheet so I couldn't see him. Locking him in a room would be good too, but he'd make too much noise. I'd probably have to sedate him too. I wouldn't want him to try to get free. Ugh...the thought of living with Scrappy is just not a good one!

Wow! You all sound really mean and cruel. Sometimes Scrappy is really nice and sweet. I would talk with him and would have many questions to ask.
If he did start to annoy me, I would probably put him in a box, then on a train, sending him to his Uncle Scooby. That method seemed to have worked before.

Ruby must not have been able to deal with him we never got a reason why he was sent to Scooby, who given his completele lack of sucess with lady dogs, probably isn't much of a canidate for fatherhood or being a foster parent as for what i would do with him. well i love dogs so i could tolerate for a year.

I suspect it was more of Scrappy wanting to go though. In the episode "Scrappy's Birthday", the whole episode is a flashback to when Scrappy was first born. Scrappy went on his first adventure with them in this episode and realized that Scooby and Shaggy "sure know how to have fun". At the end of the flashback, Scrappy says to Ruby: "Please Mommy, can I travel with Uncle Scooby and Shaggy, huh please?" Ruby: "We'll see dear. We'll see." Scrappy: "You hear that, Shaggy, Uncle Scooby? We'll have such great times." "I won't be any trouble at all. We'll have lots of fun! We'll go everywhere together." Shaggy: "Like swell. Just swell." Scrappy: "When I grow up, I want to be just like you Uncle Scooby." Scooby laughs.

I don't really consider it a contradiction. I just believe that this flashback happened first. Ruby says "We'll see dear. We'll see.". And then later he is sent to Scooby by train.
I have an explanation for Scrappy saying "Uncle Scooby. Hi I'm Scrappy Doo" and then Scooby saying "Scrappy Doo?" and laughing. It has been a while since they have seen each other (Scrappy's birth being the last time), and this is a reintroduction.

I'd leave him with his uncle Yabba.
