Of course if you are posting here, it's safe to say that you are a pretty big fan of Scooby-Doo (or you are a sneaky spam-bot)...
But what else are you a fan of? What other things are you interested in?

For me,
-I'm a huge fan of Batman, and DC comics in general.
-If you've seen me on twitter, you know I'm into The Muppets & the muppet show (in fact my twitter avatar has been semi-obscure Muppet Uncle Deadly for a bit now)
-I've been a massive Star Wars fan since I was 4.
-my Wife and I are big NY Yankees fans and goto quite a few games each year.
-into Ghostbusters, Hellboy, and quite a bit of animation & some anime properties
-music-wise, a few of my favs are Nine Inch Nails, RadioHead, Celldweller, Hybrid, Perfect Circle/Tool and a ton of scores.

In terms of my main fandoms (oh god here comes the god-awful long list):

cartoons:
-My Little Pony (the only other western cartoon I watch regularly)
-The Simpsons (just because the Simpsons.)

anime/manga:
-K-ON!
-Puella Magi Madoka Magica
-Vocaloid (you'll see this again under music, I'll explain if anyone cares.)
-Highschool of the Dead
-Tokyo Mew Mew
-Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler
-Lucky Star
-Fairy Tail
-Soul Eater
-Black Rock Shooter (the animation is GORGEOUS *A*)
-Hourou Musuko (this has to be my ultimate favorite plot ever. It's about a trans boy and girl who become friends in elementary school, and basically what happens from then afterwards. I still need to finish it, but I love it.)

games/game-based:
-Ib
-Slenderman
-Amnesia
-PORTAL!
-PewDiePie (yes, Pewdiepie counts as a fandom~)

books/movies:
-Repo! the Genetic Opera (if any of you know this I will love you forever.)
-Lord of the Rings

I think that's it in terms of bigger fandoms... I think I should do a seperate post for everything else or this is gonna be giant.

Have you seen Serial Experiments Lain or Haibane Remnei ? Those along with neon genesis evangelion and death note are favorites of my Wife & I.

Reading. Mostly non-fiction (science and history are the main areas) but I also like the odd bit of steampunk. Managed to complete a 50 book challenge a couple of years ago (reading more than 50 books in a year).
Photography.
Music - I like listening to Jazz while I work/cook/etc.
Natural history/science documentaries on TV
Cartoons when I'm in the mood.

I like peanut M&M's but my waistline doesn't.

Yay so much in common~ which animes do you know? I watched Death Note (never finished, but I know most of the plot) and I've heard of Neon Genesis Evangelion.

Okay, I guess I'll list some hobbies then...

-Drawing (although it's more than a hobby at this point)
-Singing
-Reading (especially if fanfiction counts)
-Writing (same thing as reading, including RP.)
-Cosplaying~ my absolute favorite, most expensive/time-consuming and involved hobby. Just like with Repo!, if anyone here knows about cosplay/actually cosplays I love you forever too.

And if you count listening to music, there's definitely that too. I listen to a TON of Vocaloid (including utaites) and I love it so much. Other than that, I listen to Paramore along with a few other American groups, and some random songs and youtube cover artists (the most prominent of which is Lindsey Stirling- a violinist like no other I've EVER seen).

Anime-wise, I grew up with the americanized Robotech so I got into all the Macross stuff (Macross plus is still a favorite)
Beyond the animes I mentioned above, I really like jin roh, akira, Blood the last Vampire (the original movie anyway, the series was dissapointing) Ghost in the Shell & Ergo Proxy. I enjoyed niea under 7, Gantz, Welcome to the NHK, kite, mezzo forte, & Blue. I've seen some of Helsing, Witchhunter Robin, burst angel, paranoia agent, texhnolyze, and a few others. From your list, I'm familiar with high school of the dead and soul eater, but can't say I've seen more than clips and artwork.

And as a long time comic-con attendee...of course I know what cosplaying is. But, no, I don't participate. Are you going to NYCC in oct?

Why yes, yes I am! Hopefully as steampunk Pinkie Pie, if the corset and skirt I'm commissioning (I can't sew OTL) are finished in time- which I think it should be.

Yeah...I guess they would be considered older now, '90's & '00's.
And my wife & I have our 4 day passes already for NYCC since we couldn't make it out to SDCC this year. We've been to the NYCC every year so far, but never got over to the anime half of it...this is the first time we'll be there all 4 days (unless some work schedule snag hits).

Yeah, I haven't watched much anime from then xD; Most of what I watch is a lot newer in comparison- although a few of them have been around since when I was littler.

Awesome! Lucky you- I'm only going Saturday due to school D: It'll be my second year at NYCC, and a full year since I started actually cosplaying- I went to a few cons before then (Connecticon and AniMiniCon- speaking of which, Connecticon had a Repo! shadowcast this year that just made my already awesome day), but Comic Con was my first cosplay debut.

Heh... most of my time was spent in the anime section last year. ^^;
