i'm very sure in germany she says (translated):
7 purple, 3(i don't know) and 1 totally crazy green.....
yeah. she says that. why do they change things like that ? it's important for things like trivias !...

I don't know why they would change it depending on the language, I thought they just kept it the same only changed it into another language.

yeah, i find that very often...
for example, every episode title of what's new isn't just translated, they always change the name and it's always a more boring one than the english one....
i love the english btw. american titles, but the german ones are so boring.... some examples:
it's mean, it's green, it's the mystery machine - (in german:) the bilious green glowing toy scary boo - (in german:) dangerous toys big appetite in little tokio - (in german:) adventure in tokio
.....that's so weird and boring....
another question ( it's a trivia, so there has to be a question soon.....):
what sort of pizza is velma making to protect the inventor from the powder of the old magician in "big appetite in little tokio" ? ( she tells her robotic dog....."dogbot! an extra-size ...... pizza. fast!" )

Those are boring titles, i don't see why they don't just translate the original titles into German.

What is different in the episode "A terrifying round with a menacing mettallic clown" with the gang's split ? (and why is it different)

Post by ilovescoobydoo on May 3, 2009 9:20:16 GMT -5
Correct! They split up Fred, Daphne and Shaggy, and Velma and Scooby. Because Velma was scared of the clown, she was acting like Shaggy and Shaggy was acting like Velma.

exactly!
funny about that: in the little scene, where they show, why velma is afraid of clowns, the poster in the background says, it's her fifth birthday. but in the pup-series, where they are supposed to be all around 11 or 12, there is an episode with a ghost clown and velma isn't afraid of him more than the others......
