What if the villain escapes jail, and terrorizes the town as something like the stay puffed marshmallow man? Then when they unveil his true identity, they remember he was from whatever episode he was and the villain he was at that time. Then he can explain is story...how long he went to jail, when he got out, why he became a villain again. Ahem, "Pawn of Shadows"...? Obliteratrix/Alice May? ScoobyAddict, you're scaring me... ;D
