All right it is time for the epic conclusion to this series: the most and least acclaimed movies! I am gonna stick to animated movies myself, but anyone can feel free to include the live action movies as well. But to me, comparing Daphne and Velma to your ordinary Scooby Doo movie just feels like a false equivalency. But anyway, here are the most!
7. Scooby Doo and the Ghoul School
6. Scooby Doo Camp Scare
5. Scooby Doo Meets the Boo Brothers
4. Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase
3. Scooby Doo and the Alien Invaders
2. Scooby Doo and the Witch’s Ghost
And the ultimate numbers 1. Scooby Doo on Zombie Island
Least acclaimed is another doozy
5. One of the lego movies (I remember seeing a ton of backlash for either Haunted Hollywood or Blow Out Beach Bash, but I can’t remember which one as I have not watched either)
4. Scooby Doo and KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery
3. Arabian Nights
2. Scooby Doo and the Curse of the 13th ghost
1. Scooby Doo and the Return to Zombie Island

The Zombie Island quartet is pretty universally loved. Saying anything even neutral on Witch's Ghost is almost considered blasphemy! I was surprised to see Boo Brothers so high, though.
Haunted Hollywood is probably the Lego movie you're referring to. I wasn't a big fan of it, and Beach Bash is pretty fun in contrast. Though, that might be my bias helping me make assumptions.

I was thinking that it was Haunted Hollywood as well actually. Actually I am pretty confident that Haunted Hollywood is the one I am referring to

I've seen criticism for both. Personally, I liked Haunted Hollywood while I consider Blowout Beach Bash to be one of the worst Scooby-Doo movies.

Similar to other lists, I had pretty much the same as Matt's other than two of them were switched on mine. I personally think Ghoul School is a little more popular than Boo Brothers, as I've seen some complaints over the years from people thinking the Boo Brothers were bad caricatures of the Three Stooges, whereas I've not really seen much criticism at all of Ghoul School. On my least acclaimed list, I feel like Arabian Nights will always be the most hated Scooby-Doo film to the point I've never heard anyone say anything positive about it. While it's rare, I have seen a few people say they didn't fully hate Return to Zombie Island and Curse of the 13th Ghost. I didn't like either of those movies, but personally I'm also in the camp that they would have been okay standalone movies if they weren't set up as sequels to two of the most well-loved Scooby series/films.
7. Boo Brothers 6. Camp Scare 5. Ghoul School 4. Cyber Chase 3. Alien Invaders 2. Witch's Ghost 1. Zombie Island
Least acclaimed:
42. Blowout Beach Bash 43. Rock and Roll Mystery 44. Curse of the 13th Ghost 45. Return to Zombie Island 46. Arabian Nights

The top two have gotta be Zombie Island for obvious reasons, and Witch's Ghost for introducing the Hex Girls (which aren't my thing, but I know they're big in the fandom)
The bottom two have got to be Return to Zombie Island and Curse of the 13th Ghost, both for being extremely botched sequels whose only purpose seemed to be to yet again highlight Velma as being a smartypants who needs to be right about ghosts not being real all the time.

Yeah I would agree with what's been said above. Only thing I would maybe say is Cyber Chase seems to get more acclaim that Alien Invaders and has a higher IMDb rating, too.
I personally think Invaders is the far superior film but I think many people have great love and nostalgia for Cyber + the tie in videogame.

Curse of the 13 ghosts got so much backlash with good reasons. I think from the ones with real spooks seem to be the critically acclaimed. I personally love those type.
