This was actually a quite fun episode. I loved how fully realized of a character Dynomutt was. He reminded me of Scooby Dum a lot. Funny how Velma is Blue Falcon’s fan in this one. Also loved the recurring jokes of Scooby and Dynomutt crashing into walls and Fred saying “at least the door is open”. Also nice twist on the “I cant see without my glasses” and finally very little redundant chase scenes. Blue Falcon was a bit cocky tho imo but yeah, a cute yet simple episode overall. The “neuter your pets” poster gag was so random but hilarious. I do have to say tho that Shaggy felt kinda lost without Scooby, meaning he wasnt talking that much at all. That shows how in this series the characters arent developed enough to stand on their own

The comedy and interactions between the gang and Dynomutt was very nice, and I actually laughed out loud at one particular joke that caught me off guard, but the mystery in this episode was terrible. The fact that Velma couldn't figure out such an obvious culprit feels really inconsistent with her previous characterization in this series, especially given the fact that the clues were much more apparent in this episode compared to many others, especially the many episodes where Velma gathers information off screen.

I really enjoyed this episode. Dynomutt was super quirky and on-character, and all his interactions with the gang, especially Scooby, were really sweet. While not exactly, this reminded me a lot of a classic Dynomutt episode. It was funny how Dynomutt made Scooby become him, so he could become Blue Falcon. Obviously it would have made so much more sense the other way since Dynomutt was already himself, but that's totally on-character for him to make things more complicated than they need to be. Blue Falcon, on the other hand, was really bad IMO. His new voice actor sounded nothing like him, and some of his lines were really odd and/or cringey ("Remember Dynomutt, click it or ticket!"; "It's time to fight crime!") I liked Medusa as a villain, though two things: 1) the writers don't need to put "Monster" in front of every single villain name 2) it was really odd that she covered her own eyes when she saw herself in a mirror, because she knows she's a fake and doesn't have any powers. Overall, great episode with some classic Dynomutt vibes.

It was fun to see Mystery Inc. team up with the actual Blue Falcon and Dynomutt once again! Too bad they didn't recall the events of "The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour," the way they have when re-meeting Cher and Sandy Duncan. Of course, Frank Welker can still do the Dynomutt voice very well for his age.
Of course I'm familiar enough with the Blue Falcon and Dynomutt to know that Radley Crowne was simply a red herring in this case. That "Spay and Neuter Your Pets" billboard joke wasn't that funny, but at least it wasn't as naughty as a similar joke "Rocko's Modern Life" once did! When Dynomutt kept breaking the Blue Falcon statue until it was reduced to powder, that reminded me of the "Ren and Stimpy" episode when they accidentally smashed the head of the Lincoln Memorial statue. ("That's it, Ren! We broke it too many times!") LOL at "Your glasses, your glasses! We can't see with your dark glasses!" Wow, I was kind of surprised at how the Medusa was a man after all! We rarely have instances of guys dressing up as female ghosts/monsters compared to in some earlier episodes (like "A Gaggle of Galloping Ghosts", "Which Witch is Which?" and "High Rise Hair Raiser!")

Blue Falcon and Dynomutt have to be among WB's most underutilized characters. They've been overdue for another standalone series for quite some time now.
