It was fun to have a 13 Ghosts reboot, but it's a shame when the reboots don't fit perfect or do many callbacks. The 2020 Lupin the First movie surprised me at how good a reboot film can be when the people have really watched previous material with detail. They didn't do anything surprisingly new, and that's what made it so good, in my opinion.

Hmmmm not really sure what I think about all of this. I personally have always enjoyed it when franchises I love try something new, and that's definitely the case with Scooby, and since they're practically the king of trying something new (or they used to be), I feel like changing up the forumula from the original Where Are You format would be disrespectful to the source, because that format is so interchangable with different ideas. I'll have to think more about this.
