Whoa, those classic vhs sets... I remember those from way back. They had like 3 episodes max, but it was great quality for the medium and time.
I... I have a lot of DVDs. So many that I tossed many of the cases and put most of them in a big zip-up case. Many of them I found on discount at places like Big Lots after a major holiday sale. It would probably be more useful to list what I don't have on DVD, ha! My internet is slow here and I have moved around a bit in the recent past, so I love having physical copies of Scooby stuff to watch, all in one place. I do regret not keeping the cases sometimes, but there would just be too many to move every time I relocate, and some DVD cases have gotten so cheap that they really don't protect the disc well, anyway.

I actually have just now gotten into collecting VHS. I order a bunch of them off Ebay actually. I really bought them just as much for the bonus stuff on it (trailers, bonus cartoons, really old cartoon network bumpers, etc.) as I did for being able to watch classic Scooby episodes on VHS which really is a treat. I guess I'm just that kind of guy who is interested in that stuff lol I too have a lot of DVDs, so many that I couldn't remember off the top of my head which ones, so that's why I'm coming back and posting those later. The sad part is I sold a lot of my Scooby Doo and Hanna Barbera DVDs a few years back because I kinda grew out of it for a time there, but now that I'm back in it stronger than ever I really regret having sold those DVDs, especially because media collection is something that I personally appreciate even more despite using streaming. It's like I've seen so many things been taken away on streaming it feels good to actually own a collection for me I guess

Still a pretty good collection! We all lose stuff, growing up and moving. It's something I've had to start accepting. Lost all my Scooby Funkos, actually... though I think my nephews ended up with them, so that's okay. Better than just lost. Boxed Funkos are not an easy thing to pack-- consider that before a big move or anything! Haha.
Matt, which are Bluray? Can you mark them with an asterisk? I've started collecting Bluray, but I'm way behind. I see Cyber Chase on Amazon, bouncing around in price from like $7 to $14 and need to snag it when it hits the $7 again.

Just Camp Scare for now unfortunately. I'd like to update my movies and make them mostly blu ray at some point, but for now I'm way behind as well

The only Scooby Bluray I have is the Original Series. It's pretty hard to come by, to be honest.

That's a good one to have. I checked the prices and I might have to stick with my normal dvd set for now. I really like all of the features and the menus on the original first and second season set anyway and the third season set is alright as well

The quality is fantastic, but unless you have a huge television or like to zoom non-widescreen content, it's not a huge noticeable upgrade for now. $90 was way too much, but at the Amazon price of $50 currently, it would make a good starter set for somebody without the series. It does get annoying having to pick which format and quality I want... technically I have stuff spread all the way from VHS to iTunes (without an Apple computer... ha!).

So I went to a Flea Market yesterday and I found a Hanna Barbera vhs called "Cartoon Classics" I believe with the Smurfs, the Flintstones (unfortunately, it was a spinoff version from the 80s but that's ok), Huckleberry Hound, and of course, Scooby Doo for $2 so that was an easy choice to buy that. I was interested in all of the cartoons, but especially what Scooby Doo would look like because this VHS is much older than any other one I have. I popped it in the ol' VCR last night to take a look at it. Scooby was represented by The No Face Zombie Chase Case. The quality here was VERY rough, worse than the Smurfs and from what I saw from the beginning of the Flintstones (I did not get to Huckleberry Hound). It was extremely dark and the quality would be unacceptable for today's standards, but that's the thing, we have that episode in much better shape now, so I'm kinda glad it looked so rough. It feels (because it is!) really old and honestly I'm kinda glad for it. Would definitely recommend for anyone else who might be a fan of old VHS

That's super neat! It's worth $2 to be able to compare it to the version we have now. Were there any structural changes to the episode at all?

I was multi-tasking while watching the episode, but from what I noticed it was mostly the same episode. It was definitely worth the $2 it really was cool seeing it in that way

Here’s a couple of pictures I took of the episode. It pretty much looks like this throughout the episode, sometimes a little bit rougher and darker
