Hi, I made a video about some of the weird treasures and jewels in the world of Scooby Doo. Please check it out and let me know what you think (it's not monetized, so I'm not making money on your views, would just love your feedback). www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlwjhRGoYM4I had a lot of fun researching this. Never realized how many great shows and movies there were out there.

Seems well researched to me! I only have one incidental nibble: the family of Nicholas II of Russia was Imperial and not "merely" Royal. It's also a bit strange (for me, at least) to see real-life Great Danes. Does the one in the video speak with a slight speech impediment? Keep up the good work!

Wow, sorry, can't believe it's been weeks since I was last on here!
Good catch on Russian Imperial Family. Hope I didn't irk any remaining loyalists out there.
You know we tried and tried, but we just couldn't get any lines out of our Great Danes (we actually had two on set). They were being divas that day.
Glad you liked the video!

You're welcome, Gemgeek! It was nice to see that you didn't concentrate solely on the newer installments, as such videos tend to do! BTW, it was a missed opportunity for you to have added a sound clip, in which Frank Welker (the voice of Fred Jones) tries to say treasure properly and kinda fails. There's a nice compilation by fellow forum member Chorake - here.

As well as the Heaven’s Light. Great job, by the way!

Scooby is a great dane, but the character designer deliberately made him all the reverse features that you would expect from one. I think I have the article saved somewhere.

Yes, that is quite correct. Based on your answer, I guess I should have asked whether he spoke without a speech impediment.
