So Scooby uses tons of music. From theme songs to chase songs, and others in between. What are some songs that you started listening to because of Scooby?
Personally a lot of the chase songs are what tend to get stuck in my head. Terror time from zombie island is a great example.

Love this thread idea! Any of the Hex Girls songs, including "The One We Fear the Most" in the credits of Witch's Ghost!

"Earth, Wind, Fire and Air" is my favorite song by the Hex Girls. "The Mystic Playground" from Night of 100 Frights is one that really stands out for me, good song to listen to if you're stressed. And for something more obscure, "Gotta Have Time" from Scooby Goes Hollywood's pretty catchy.

Yep, What's New Scooby Doo's Musical segments really got me into late 90s/early 2000s alternative rock. The original SDWAY in my opinion has one of the best cartoon soundtracks of all time...I mean from the theme song, to the background tracks, and of course chase songs.

Hex Girl is probably easily my favourite song of the franchise, fantastic for obvious reasons. Quite like You're Dead Right mate from SDMI as well which was better than that series' Hex Girls songs imo, even though we disappointingly never heard the full thing. The theme songs of WNSD and The SD Show stand out for me as well, just find them comforting in that blanket of nostalgia sort of way. The SD Show theme especially reminds me of watching it after school. Though oddly that never applies to the SDWAY to me for some reason despite watching it around those same times.
I second the Mystic Playground music in Night of 100 Frights, very chill and serves as quite the contrast to the spooky hub music directly outside of it. Though as a whole Night of 100 Frights had a great soundtrack in general.
The background music of Zombie Island and Witch's Ghost also stands out to me. It's overlooked given those movies also have Terror Time Again and the Hex Girls songs in theme, but in terms of setting the mood/scene they're equally as good. The piece which plays during the drive to Oakhaven being my favourite.

Being a very "musical" person I discovered a lot of music through Scooby Doo:
-one of the first albums I ever owned was the Scooby-Doo 2 soundtrack on CD. I remember I was obsessed with "Friends Forever" by Puffy Ami Yumi as well as "Don't Wanna Think About You" by the Simple Plan which I still adore now thanks to Scooby. Both songs are so good and uplifting. Also the rest of the album with all those old songs I never heard before really matches the movie vibe tbh. -the Sugar Ray song in the first Scooby-Doo movie was also great -What's New Scooby-Doo had some amazing tunes I was obsessed with. "You Don't Mean Anything" and "I'd Do Anything" by the Simple Plan are amazing. I got to know Tegan and Sara before I actually started listening "for real" to their music through "Time Running" which was in the mummy movie I think. "Shout It Out Loud" by KISS of course in the Halloween episode made me google them for the first time and I remember I loved every single song they used in the KISS movie, I had a KISS phase thanks to Scooby. Most if not all of the songs used in the chase scenes for WNSD just bring me great memories. After all, WNSD was my first Scooby show I watched and that made me obsessed with the franchise. -the Hex Girls of course which I still wish they would have a spin off. My favorite is their first song but I remember loving "Trap of Love" as soon as it came out. -Thanks to the Scooby-Doo TV movies I was introduced to Hayley Kiyoko who played Velma and I followed her artistic growth for over 11 years. I saw her in concert twice, it's my best friend's favorite singer and one of my favorites too. If not with Scooby-Doo I would have eventually found out about her but Scooby gave me a headstart. -Alright, trust me when I say I'm not a musical lover at all, but Music of the Vampire is one of my favorite movies and the songs are way too catchy. I find myself jamming to Done with Monsters and the Tango one pretty often. It just made the movie unique and better. Same goes for the songs used in many of the DTVs, for instance "Brothers Forever" in Lochness Monster and "Donde Vas" in The Monster of Mexico are two of my all time faves. The new era songs were also really nice "Abracdabra Doo" and the Camp Scare songs too. Same goes for Fred and Daphne's songs in Stage Fright and the Goblin King songs -Be Cool and some really cute musical moments, I just wished they had women singing too tho. - I know they used two Avicii songs for Scoob! but my wish is that they will feature at least one original song and other songs for the rest of the soundtrack

Hex Girls are for sure one of the best things about Scooby. Personally, like a few others have said, Scooby got me into Simple Plan
