atention spoilers!! okay, this episode was really fun and pretty good. I had interesting jokes. like the one that everyone confused Steve as an evil criminal and the squirrel. I liked the scenarios too. That mannequin factory was creepy. and there is a scene where they hang from a bell that is quite pretty visually. The monster really is something new and it looked really good. I liked how that Italian house of Steve's cousins ββlooked. Steve was a great guest star, one of the best without a doubt. and the end of the episode is different from the others. The culprit for the first time says. That he got away with it, he really didn't want to do anything criminal, he just wanted everyone to see Steve as the hero he is. and not to be confused as his evil characters in the movies. His intention was for Esteve to unmask the monster, to be the hero of the day. definitely a different ending to which we are not accustomed.there was a scene of them learning to be firefighters that was beautiful, the way they ended up with the monster as firefighters all in a team was fun. a pretty good episode.

Boring for fans, ok for target audience aka kids. Also it should have been Steve Buscemi meets the Scooby gang at this point. Nice monster design tho and cool setting, tho a lot of stereotypes on my people ππ important: spaghetti and meatballs is NOT a thing in italy, it was invented in the States by Italian immigrants, we do not eat it here lol

It has always been so. So at this point it doesn't bother me anymore, what anyone would expect. but it was a very nice episode. thanks for sharing the false stereotypes are very curious to know βΊοΈ

I enjoyed this episode. Steve was a really solid guest star and he had a lot of good moments, most prominently where he redeems his love for chipmunks at the end haha. Like others, I also liked the different ending. I thought it was weird that the culprit, Mana, had a look of surprise on her face when Steve made the joke at the end about him not being a criminal...either she was just playing along and it was hard to tell that, or they animated it poorly. The Fire Beast was a pretty cool looking villain. Again, Fred, Daphne and Velma had interchangeable lines which I don't really like. They also used a variation on that door gag for the fifth or sixth time in a row now, which is getting old. Having visited Italy last summer, I also noticed quite a lot of stereotypes in this episode. I'd say Steve was the best part of this episode and the Fire Beast had a cool design, but nothing special with the gang really.

I chuckled at the part where Fred was so happy they finally had another suspect. That's something that doesn't happen in most episodes.

Funny thing, I remember earlier in the last decade when "Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated" was on the air, one night I dreamed about an episode with a villainous arsonist kind of similar to the Fire Beast here, except in my dream he set a LOT of places on fire (and I remember Shaggy saying "What the hell" in it too, but that's for another topic), while the Fire Beast here only ends up burning down one building. I guess that warehouse did not have adequate fire detection, i.e. fire sprinklers, or an automatic fire alarm system that could contact the fire department when activated. And speaking of which, we have that stupid fire sprinkler cliche again during the trap to catch the Fire Beast (i.e. setting off all the sprinklers at once when triggering the fire alarm, just like in "Now You Sia, Now You Don't.") At least here using a bell for the fire alarm kind of makes sense, as bells for fire alarms are somewhat more common in Europe than in the USA, but even then they are frequently being replaced with electronic alarm sounders.

Just watched the episode. Since I am from Sicily it was fun to "see" Scooby in my country . But there is still something about these series, that I don't like. Maybe they focus to much on the younger viewers, the plot is mostly about the guest star and not about the gang.
