This isn't my film, but I just watched this today after being asked if I would promote it on my own blog, and it's a really good film! The animation obviously isn't perfect, and certain dialogue is a bit awkward, but there are references galore and the plot is really good and creepy! It is rated PG-13, for horror themes, swearing, and some references to Shaggy's dad being a stoner. If you enjoy quirky films, I'd recommend giving this one a watch! vimeo.com/358008192

I checked out the first few seconds of the film. It doesn't appear to be an actual animation, but more in a slideshow of still images format. Nice to hear the original "American Top 40" theme and the Casey Kasem parody called Casey Keg.

Yes, Jordan has confirmed (since I made my original post) that he used Limited ChopArt animation with a computer program. Despite the fact that this may turn people off, the writing and character development that Jordan does throughout the film is superb and I would definitely recommend watching it. He uses a lot of fun references from the Scooby franchise, and works it into the film in a way that doesn't seem fan service-y or forced.
