Possibly the worst episode of the season. Extremely boring, flat jokes and useless laughing gags that dragged on for sooooo long

Not a good episode. Had very classic vibes to it, but Kenan was just not funny in this episode at all. I feel like I lost several IQ points listening to his poor attempt at rapping. The villain was cool, but Kenan's jokes were so unfunny that they were almost irritating. The Funky Phantom one is still worst for me, but this one's definitely down there with the worst of them so far.

Kenan must have a good sense of humor about himself because the thesis of this episode seemed to be that Kenan isn't funny. I think it was intentional because Shaggy & Scooby are the only ones who laugh at him (and at one point they laugh when he wasn't even telling a joke).

I forgot to mention I also enjoyed the part where Daphne was dressed up in the same outfit as Jeannie, who guest-starred in "Mystery in Persia" from the New Scooby-Doo Movies. I was impressed they picked such an obscure reference!

All the nostalgic throwbacks like the ghost being modelled closely after the Bedlam in the Big Top Ghost Clown and the Jeannie outfit are sadly kinda starting to feel cheap and cashed-in at this point given the overall poor quality of writing and pacing this series has had so far.

Just finished watching this. The Ghost Clown was okay, but I think he'd be better colored and glowing. Kenan Thompson was an okay guest star, didn't overshadow the gang. I'm actually surprised they gave the bad guy a name, as soon as I saw that unnamed construction worker, I thought "he's probably the bad guy".
