Oh yeah, and at the end Velma explains the events of the first zombie island never actually happened but were caused by hallucinations resulting from mosquito-borne Malaria.

I was going to stay out of the continuity aspect because to be honest Tim Sheridan's interview pretty much sealed what had been my theory for years on what i've been arguing on. But if Amazon France is accurate i'm really curious how they're going about this now.
By "leaving his ____ career" (pretty sure that blank in english will actually be translated to mystery) are they actually continuing from where Curse of the 13th Ghost left off? Or will we just have a new explanation of why they are trying to avoid a mystery?
The way it's phrased also gives off the impression them going back to Zombie Island is a trap laid by somebody and they aren't going to know it's Moonscar Island until they actually get there.
This may actually shape up in a different way than I had been thinking. But I of course have to wonder if the same limits that were put on Curse of the 13th Ghost were still active when they were writing this one.
