Wow, seems like we're getting a ton of Scooby news at once all the sudden. That would be really cool if they release it September 10, as that's the week of Scooby's 50th anniversary (I'd imagine they can't release it on the actual day of the anniversary, as that's a Friday and typically all DVDs are released on Tuesdays). The first live-action movie was released on a Friday. That was in theaters though, not on DVD. Theatrical films are typically released on Fridays, whereas DVDs are released on Tuesdays.

I'm hugely worried about this. The original was the so amazing and I'm worried on how they can top it. They need animation similar to that film for a start, need the same type of music like the original and the outfits needs to be changed as they wasn't teenagers in the original. I hope they prove me wrong, but I seriously doubt it.
