With the announcement and incoming release of "The New Scooby-Doo Movies almost complete collection" on Blu Ray. Do you think they will release any of the other old classic series on this format to mark the 50th anniversary occasion?
SDWAY & TCDS collections would be the next stop probably.

I'm hoping for SDWAY and Zombie Island, maybe WNSD.

So far as of yet, I haven't heard anything concrete. Obviously though there's heavy speculation that if The New Scooby Doo Movies and Jonny Quest are getting it that Scooby Doo Where Are You and the Flintstones probably are somewhere on the drawing board for WB's home media people.
But I also don't want to sound like a broken record, but we haven't seen the entirety of WB's general Hanna Barbera push yet. I'd bet anything there's some more to be revealed in 2019 and 2020. The only bluray issue I will state is that I wouldn't be surprised if some of them were Warner Archive releases. Which so far Jonny Quest seems Archive, New Scooby Doo Movies seems retail. Where anything else would go right now is honestly debatable except Where Are You which would go retail.
