I think somewhere on here it's already been confirmed that Guess Who has been renewed for a second season, so I'll guess 52 like SDMI and BCSD had.

Pretty much all the WB revival property season orders have been either 20 or 26 episodes (or half hours for ones that go two segments). If they've ordered a second, that means we're already going to get 40 or 52 episodes.
The original press release named 13 guest stars, so even in just the first season that leaves either 7 or 13 spots open. It's likely at least some of those will be filled by other DC comics characters and other Hanna Barbera characters. Although we might want to be on the lookout for celebrities casually mentioning doing Scooby voice work to fill in some gaps while we wait.

KISS took that photo by the Mystery Machine and there's been no talks of another movie with them.

KISS might be for an episode of Guess Who, that is an option. But my head still tells me to leave the option open there could be something that got produced in the time our leaked linkedin source was on vacation from WB Animation and thus wouldn't have listed on his page.
