Producer Chris Bailey has said through his Facebook account that the purchase of AT & T is affecting the series. He does not have a release date yet and someone asked him if he is going to released this year to what he said he does not see very sure.I am very scared and I hope that this is fixed and that everything ends well but it does not look good at this moment you can see the conversation in this photo ibb.co/J5VMXNF

I'm sure things will be sorted out before the end of the year. Would be a huge loss if they somehow passed the chance to precede or coincide with the 50th Anniversary of the first CBS broadcast.

I think WB have planned to release it in September 2019 from the beginning. They still have plenty of time.

While I still have high hopes and all for this, I will say it is a little nice to see my page long thread about the merger here be shown to be relevant by someone working on Scooby XD
I still think in the end it will work out well for Scooby, but I don't blame some of the people involved for accepting a delay for the dust of this situation to settle in. As I still see the delay being practically the only "bad" side effect of this merger so far. WB gaining more control away from Turner or divorcing from each other are both better options than how Scooby's been treated on tv under the current Turner organization for the last several years.
