I really don't like this series but if I had to it would be:
A Fit Night Out for Bats: Just because it was kind of spooky and funny

This show is terrible but if I had to pick:
Alaskan King Cowards - I love the monster design in this and that's enough to carry this short for me
The Invasion of the Scooby Snatchers - There's some pretty funny gags in this like the Karate Plant and unlike most of these shorts, there's an actual plot
Hard Hat Scooby - Not much to say here except that the ridiculous premise does make this a memorable outing while most of these shorts are dull and cliche

My personal Favorites: Disclaimer I have only seen a handful of episodes so this list could change.
Scooby Ghosts West: Loved the setting and the ghost being real. Reminds me of one of my favorite shows Ghost Adventures.
Alaskan King Coward: Loved the snowy setting and the monster was really cool.
Soggy Bog Scooby: Liked the design of the monster.

You know what, I'm going to add Scooby-Doo 2000 to my list. It's objectively the worst in terms of story and animation but it's also memorably bizarre and I haven't been able to get it out of my head since seeing it.

My favorite episodes in this series were among the Richie Rich material.
If there were any Scooby episodes I would like, there would be two: "Scooby-Doo 2000" and "Swamp Witch". I think the storylines were crazy and bizarre during the era of seven-minute shorts, and were more comedy and less on mystery. At least it got better in 1982. It makes me wonder if H-B had new (and better) writers for Scooby-Doo when Daphne rejoined the cast in 1983?
