Hi, I'm curious if I'll have a way to watch this when it comes out. It seems like Daphne's voice actor said it would be on Cartoon Network tentatively.

If it is on CN, they need to promote it better than they did for Be cool, or Mystery Inc.

I heard Grey DeLisle say CN as well, but I'm not sure if she's just presuming or if it actually will be on CN. I'd love it to be on a different network though honestly, since CN has shown how inept they are at scheduling things properly. They still haven't even added the last 11 episodes of Be Cool to the streaming service yet.

Of course it will be on Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network owns Scooby's rights, where else would it go?

Of course it will be on Cartoon Network. Cartoon Network owns Scooby's rights, where else would it go? Warner Brothers owns the rights as well, so they could choose to pull the show from CN if they wanted. Same as how HB removed the show from CBS and brought it to ABC, etc.

At this point, I'd prefer it to be on a different Network at this point though, we'bve had 2 Scooby series now get more or less ignored, with Be cool being almost completely neglected. n

Warner Bros IS cartoon network, I believe. And as far as I know, HB itself didn't remove the show from CBS but CBS didn't pick it up.

Honestly, it would be the most convenient for me if they just went straight to the boomerang app but this is probably highly wishful thinking on my part.

We'll just still keep hoping for a channel hop, but given this show may be a testing ground following a similar path to the stuff they have now it may do well enough. Some of us had some hope that if WB could get Scooby (and others) away from Cartoon Network either to another Turner network or the CW they might be able to get a more supportive network. But like I said if they use it as a tester this may be a good series for the position it sounds like it'll be in.
Now for the fun part where I get be histrionic and do some explaining. Anyway Cartoon Network and Boomerang are still apart of the Turner part of Time Warner, not the Warner Bros part of Time Warner. They are a part of the same entity but have multiple levels of autonomy that sometimes causes problems for properties like Mr. Doo. Turner owns several networks besides them like TBS, TNT, etc. The only network WB has any stake in currently is half of the CW. When you see posts about us talking about the internal "issues" this is usually what we are referring to. As it's a long complicated history that stems back to the AOL Time Warner merger in the 90s actually. It can make your head spin sometimes.

What if TBS aired it on the mornings like the good old days? That would be crazy

Honestly, it would be the most convenient for me if they just went straight to the boomerang app but this is probably highly wishful thinking on my part. I agree. The Boomerang app/streaming service is WAY more easily accessible than the Boomerang TV channel. And it's crazy-cheap too (I mean, an annual subscription is $40 a year! How can I say no to that?)

Honestly as long as the new series are going to be a bit more experimental, the Boomerang App and then to digital and dvd isn't that bad of an option for them to go about it.
I just wouldn't count on it if WB wanted a more serious status quo for Scooby and the other brands long term. But then again we also have the dtv series and the start of a theatrical attempt. So i'd call that not that bad of a place to be in right now.
