I would love to see buffy the vampire slayer in one episode and in another scrappy and scooby dum in another casper and the angels and in another lady gaga Ooh, I love the Scrappy and Scooby-Dum ideas. Bringing back characters that have largely gone by the wayside with modern versions!
Unfortunately, I don't trust any modern Scooby iteration to treat Scrappy with any level of dignity - we don't need another version of what happened with the 2002 live-action movie or like the Mystery Incorporated reference.

I agree with you if scrappy appears in an episode other than the bad one. I did not like him at all, he's good, a little annoying but he's good and he loves his uncle very much, he would never betray him.also is a series of crossover and a modern episode with scrappy would be much appreciated and with scooby dum scooby parents would also be very good to appear in an episode

I'd love an episode that acknowledges the original show by having the surviving guest stars (Sandy Duncan, Dick Van Dyke, Tim Conway, Cher ) do an episode with the gang. Maybe have it set in a retirement home for former actors/Hollywood studio employees (yes, they do exist! Not every Director or writer was paid millions for their work) and give a final salute to those classic actors/celebs.

Well as it's animated you could have anyone alive or dead :-)

I meant that I'd rather not see Sandy Duncan or Tim Conway or Cher appear because they refused to let their episodes be released on the DVD set of the new scooby doo movies.

Nine of the guest stars didn't give HB the right to release their episode on the Best of the New Scooby-Doo Movies DVD: The Addams Family (Charles Addams), Phyllis Diller, Sandy Duncan, Sonny & Cher, Davy Jones, Jerry Reed, Josie and the Pussycats (Archie Comics), Jeannie (Sidney Sheldon) and Tim Conway. I don't think the exact reason has ever been announced, but it's presumably because they felt whatever royalties HB/WB was paying them (for allowing them to have the episode on DVD) wasn't enough. It's worth noting that Sonny and Cher allowed their episode to be released in the UK, however.

Seeing as this will be the 50th year of the show, this thought just struck me-
It would be cool to guest star Joe Ruby and Ken Spears on the show's 50th anniversary as an episode.

The Flintstones had William Hanna and Joseph Barbera appear twice in both of the revival films (I Yabba Dabba Do and Hollyrock A Bye Baby), so maybe they will do that for Scooby as well?

Hanna and Barbera are dead for one, so using them isnt an option.

ProBoards has a list of censored words which that word shows up on, and thus the word was automatically censored by the profanity filter, not by me. However, it should only censor it when it's the exact word (not when it's combined to make another word). I just went in and fixed it, not sure why it glitched like that. I guess it's still better than the days where the filter was super extreme and changed it to things like "Josie and the Girl Thingycats" and "Thingy van Thingy" (Dick Van Dyke).
