...
...Like they're REALLY going to choose the second one. No, seriously. If this is their idea of suspense, then I fear for this issue. :-S

if the major event that they have been trying to prevent through the storyline has occurred anyway, then yes we are close to the end.

IIRC the writers have no 'stop here' sign, they can keep going until they decide or are told to stop. It does sound more final that before but we'll have to wait and see. However, given the #24 solicit I would say at least another 6 issues and hey, that's 2 years people. In the mean time, here is the variant cover

True, russ... i'd say a good 52 issue run would be enough because it works on numerous levels. 2 full seasons equivalent, number of DC realities...etc.

so there will be at least 30 issues, not sure if issue= episode, like you see on tv.

Daphne hits Velma. AGAIN. She didn't even give an excuse. I don't know what the writers are trying to do here, but I don't like it at all. EDIT: Was that guy in the sewers supposed to be Apocalypse Scrappy? If it is, he's late. I wish DC would get their act together with these summaries. They advertise one thing and then go with something completely different. I know there's probably an explanation, but I really wish that this would stop all the same.

No, that was I expect one of the inhabitants of the 'sewer town' who doesn't look too impressed at finding his neighbors diced and sliced.
