Actually looked really good. Daphne and Scooby's relationship definitely grew strong in here. Also Velma and Shaggy's

I thought the monster was too similar in shape and way of moving about to the Werewolf in There Wolf. But who was in the costume and how they fit in there was pretty interesting and unique I thought.

Watched today and I think it's one of the most beautiful episodes ever! Loved Scooby and Daphne's interaction and also Velma and Shaggy's. The gang relationship in BCSD is genuine.

I loved it. The splitting up dynamics where entartaining and interesting. The whole gang had a central role and enjoyable scenes. Also I noticed that it's the second time in this season that after mentioning a past anecdote, the show the scene set in the past instead of just mentioning it like they did in Season 1.

Fantastic episode! There were some really great bonding within the gang in this episode, especially the Scooby/Daphne dynamic. Their singing/dance performance was so adorable! Was funny to see Shaggy and Velma switch roles too, though it was odd to see it not really resolve (as in they go back to their regular personalities) in the end. Sir Fredrick the III was fun and silly. Loved the humor in this one as well, specifically the scene at the beginning where the owners run the obstacle course was hilarious. I didn't get what the dog (I think they said her name was Ella?) jumping up and down manically was supposed to be about, except maybe just mindless silliness. But I must say, my favorite scene in the entire episode was the backrub guy coming out with crazed eyes and a jackhammer saying "Ok, time to get those shoulders!" Admittedly I had completely forgotten about the original scene, which made it even more amusing.

For some reason WB was worried about this one, but I thought the character stories were great and that's what drives this show. I, too, got a kick out of the idea that Fred is so tense it's impossible to give him a shoulder rub - and that's great that you'd forgotten about it until the guy comes back at the end. It means a callback gag has been well executed. Nothing like a good callback gag. Thanks!

It was a decent episode. The setting and monster were pretty similar to Homeward Hound. The mystery itself was alright. The split up dynamics were fun 7.5/10
