Out of curiosity should everyone not do this? I mean would new users not want to find out info on existing users too?

Out of curiosity should everyone not do this? I mean would new users not want to find out info on existing users too? I think it's fair enough for anyone to do it. After all it's fairly pointless if we know about new users yet they know little about existing users. Besides introduction things like this are fun!

You don't have to, but it'd be fun to get to know new people and get to know other people on the boards. Plus what Grumpydrawer said, it's fun.

You just learn about people as you go along. Sometimes people can be quick to judge, but I don't know if it makes a difference if you make a full introduction of yourself. Acting all pal-ly, pal-ly with other users might make others feel like outcasts or whatever. That's what they're like on Degrassi Wiki. Like you're not a part of their inner circle.

I think it would be fun to have everyone do it even if they're not new, I'm actually kind of enjoying getting to know some of the current/existing members better. I was even thinking of doing one myself eventually and I've been here since 2008.
