The gang goes to a Day of the Dead festival where they learn the spirit of the legendary criminal, El Bandito, has returned to terrorize the locals. Fred becomes obsessed with solving the mystery and becoming a part of the great legend, himself.

I think that Scooby Doo has only had a Day of the Dead theme something in Scooby Doo and the Monster of Mexico and Scooby Doo and the Spooky Swamp.
