I loved it but the solution was way too obvious, you pretty much knew the answer from the beginning.

Really nice one. I liked the gags a lot. Laughed at Captain Anderson's lines so hard and the whale using the parachutes too. Loved the monster and animation. This serie really brings me lots of laughs even though the more it goes on the more I miss SDMI and the older series. I also think that the culprits and motives are too easy to figure out and there's definitely a lack of characters. Especially women. We need more gals plz..

I never had a problem with the culprit being "too easy to solve", many people say this. But the thing is, once you get into the story, that doesn't really matter. And perhaps due to my ignorance, I never really think about "Oh, that's way too easy", unless it's way obvious like Evallo from "The Gathering Gloom". I also take that in my favour, because technically you're not supposed to know the culprit until the unmasking. The laugh out loud moment for me was when Shaggy tried the relax button, and after malfunctioning and hurting him, he finally did relax, but only after being bruised and battered, with most of his teeth missing. I did have a problem with Daphne's kooky interest in this episode. I knew it was going to happen, and I think it may have been the time I chose to watch, but I wasn't that into. I by no means hated it, but I wasn't in love with it. I also didn't like that they were pointing out that it was her interest of the week, unlike in "Trading Chases". At this point I could quite easily see it go, but this is one of her character traits, which is what I loved about her at first, but I'm not so sure about now. But again, I think this was more to do with the time I watched it. I loved the moment where Fred gave in and let Daphne fly the Mystery Machine, and she gave him a hug. Talking about the Mystery Machine, it's had many flight modes, so in this episode, they're all a shock about it's transformation. So, is this at the beginning of all those other flight modes, or is this some slight variation, like those other modes couldn't actually fly at the altitude that they were flying in this episode? Another thing is, a few minutes before watching this it had actually been spoiled by someone who made a page about the monster, which revealed the culprit, but once I got into the episode, it didn't really bother me that much. I say "spoil", and I know "THIS IS THE INTERNET, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT!", but I was doing very good avoiding having it spoiled so I could be surpised by the ending of this, all the previous episodes, and a few of the recent movies. Oh, well. I would've already watched it, if it hadn't been for the slow uploads!

Now that we've gone back and forth between having a chase song with lyrics and having a chase song without lyrics (I know this happened right from the first episode), and even episodes with none whatsoever, so I let myself not be bothered if nothing happens. So it had got past the halfway mark, and to my surprise, there was one, only there wasn't very many words to it. There was maybe two verses that were just repeated a few times. Not that it wasn't catchy, because it was.

Did anybody catch the guest actors? No. And I actually didn't recognise any of the voices. I'll take a very long shot and say one of them was Phil LaMarr.

This was another good episode. I'd have to say my favorite parts were Captain Anderson and the whale escaping with the parachute, although there were a lot of funny parts in this episode. My only minor complaint about this episode was that there should have been more supporting characters. I wouldn't say the culprit was "obvious," but it wasn't exactly hard to guess either.
The monster was really cool as well! And was it just me or did the Gremlin remind anyone else of the Hodag from SDMI?

Was it just my hopeful thinking or was Daphne flying the plane a reference to 13 ghosts?! It was a good episode, it wasn't as spectacular as Area 53 or Scary Christmas though.

The monster was really cool as well! And was it just me or did the Gremlin remind anyone else of the Hodag from SDMI? True! Its facial characteristics couldbe a simplified "BeCool-ised" version of the Hodag of Horror! This was a fun episode! I liked Daphne taking charge of the situation and the pilot's smooth voice that turned abruptly into "all-so-panicky" was hilarious! -Fred...you shouldn't uinderestimate Daphne like that. Even with all her fetishes she is still pretty cool and a multi-dimensional character with various interests!

Great and hilarious episode, Air Gigantica reminded me of Sly Star One from 'Moon Monster Madness', only with many more facilities! Daphne's quirk also reminded me of 'Moon Monster Madness', but I think it was better done here. Loved this one, can't wait to watch more Be Cool!

I might have been subconsciously thinking that as well. I like the way it was done here, too. It was straight forward. Actually, it was Fred who had the problem and not Velma.

It aired in the UK today.
Velma saying the motive as they were having trouble flying, forgetting where she was, almost starting from the beginning, then remembering.
