This was another great episode!
It was hilarious how everyone kept climbing onto Velma's back. The cat person was also a funny addition to the episode.
I liked the return of the Daphneism (we didn't see any in "If You Can't Scooby-Doo the Time, Don't Scooby-Doo the Crime"). Interesting that Daphne wears a headpiece at night. Probably my favorite line of the episode was Daphne's "guys, guys, let's handle this as adults...at a slumber party!"
Scooby only saving the Colonel for a piece of beef jerky and them blowing up the house that Scooby inherited (instead of Scooby inheriting $500 in Confederate money like the original) were humorous twists.
I liked the redesign of the ghosts too, the skeletal arms were cool!
One question though, did anybody catch the "official" credited name of the phantoms? CN always cuts off the credits so I didn't get to see it.
Overall, I liked the episode a lot, but one small complaint I had was that I wish more scenes from the original episode would have been re-done. 9.5/10

I admit, I found some of the last few episodes to be a little so-so in comparison to the first few (which is why I haven't given them short reviews yet), but this one was really good!
I enjoyed the reworking of the classic episode, along with the serious take on the longrunning "everyone jump on Velma" gag. One of the funniest episodes so far!

That was such a great episode! The dark feeling of the original episode was there, with funny new twists like Doo mentioned. The "Daphne du Jour" was okay, the re-imagining of the Phantom Shadows was really cool! Very good episode overall, one of the best so far!

Scooby annoyed me in this episode, of course he would save Shaggy or any of the other members of the gang for that matter.
The rest was pretty good though

in the original scoobys an heir to a fortune he got 1 million dollars - in confederate money. here he really got nothing, as the house was only thing of value and having all the residue- that was very flammable- explode the house, caused him to be left with nothing. although- at 25 million, wouldnt the house be insured in case it was ever damaged or blown up?

This is one of my favorites! It is an awesome reworking of a classic. The Phantom Shadows redesign is great. I love the concept of Scooby and the relatives staying the night. Great location and a lot of nostalgia
