For the DTV line I think it's more generally accepted to put Legend of the Vampire and Monster of Mexico into their own bracket as they went a different way then the style that came in movies 1-4 and a new style took over in 7. Everything else though would be the generally accepted "era" divisions to what people would refer to.

Now we need to connect them all the different ways they could connect and see how few alternate universes there would have to be for it all to have happened.

For instance, The WNSD episode about the mystery machine's origin conflicts with the Mystery Begins film, so those would have to be two different parallel universes.

For instance, The WNSD episode about the mystery machine's origin conflicts with the Mystery Begins film, so those would have to be two different parallel universes. There are multiple parallel canons for the series. Separate Canons: 1. Hannah Barbera (Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? - 13 Ghosts; minus Scrappy shorts and Superstars 10 movies) 2. Warner Brothers (Pup, What's New? and DTVs) 3. Live Action Movies 4. Mystery Incorporated Other: (Non Canon) -Scooby Goes Hollywood -Scrappy Shorts and Superstars 10 Movies -Arabian Nights -Get a Clue -Be Cool

There are multiple parallel canons for the series... So many you could have an artillery barrage. It's more of a branching family tree.

You would think all the Scooby-Doo dimensions would eventually collapse if this parallel universe thing kept "expanding".
