Would it not make more sense if this took place before Scrappy joined the gangh? It would be easier to say every Scooby-Doo production, show and era.etc that ever existed is it's own canon timeline. The HB era had poor continuity in every other show.

Yeah, this made me lol! As a newer fan to Scooby Doo. I may as well give up on continuity ever making sense outside of the series that have ongoing arcs. It's like the simpsons or family guy i guess. Love those shows as well as Scooby but as im really getting into Scooby lately..disappointing there isn't more continuity.

scoobys never really had continuity. or made much sense plot wise. Scooby Movies for instance. the odds of them meeting the Harlem Globetrotters or Sonny and Cher, or Don Knotts, or Johnathan winters , is minimal.

Well the odds of having a talking dog or a habit of stumbling across haunted places are minimal too. Just because it's far fetched doesn't mean it can't have a continuity.

True, but the writers to date haven't bothered to create one, and after nearly 50 years, more than a dozen different shows, oodles of DTV movies, 2 big screen films, and various other media, its a bit late to start now.

They could probably make one if they cared enough, it just wouldn't be 100% accurate because of little repeats and such.

Yeah, and you'd get complaints from fans about what fits and what doesnt.
