Such a good episode. Loved the setting, the villain and the plot. Im glad we finally had a female villain and an all-female list of suspect, including Daphne. That made up for such a different and unique episode. The art for San Francisco is also so well done if you compare with the one for Japan which lacked a lot of details. Loved the investigating work Fred and Velma did and Scrappy was actually less annoying than usual. I would say this is my favorite so far

This is one of my favorite episodes of the season. Suspecting Daphne was a great plot twist that made this different from your average episode. I've also always had an appreciation for them using one of the animator's names, Lefty Callahan, for the culprit.

Just watched this episode yesterday. Man, I forgot just how great this one is.
Although this whole series, with Scrappy, is much lighter in tone that what came before - I feel this episode has a pretty spooky atmosphere with the eerie San Fran fog. The red herring of Daphne being the vampire is obviously a bit hokey but it does add build some genuine mystery before the clues are pieced together.
