So I bought Frankencreepy today at Target and going frame-by-frame in the first quick cut sequence featuring the Mystery Machine, the license plate is visible for a measly three frames, but what's on it is amazing and awesome and I can't believe it. It says, "Crystal Cove." What do you guys think it means? This is a picture of the television I took with my phone featuring the license plate, which is at approximately 3 minutes and 49 seconds in.

Thank you for the warm welcome!! Actually, after rewatching it with my brother, he pointed out the Mystery Machine's detailing, such as windows in the back and a roof window, and even the sharp angles all over it, made him believe they used the CGI model from Mystery Incorporated instead of the previous movies, where the van was more rounded, so that could be the explanation.

It also says DEC and 2013 on the sides which, according to Mindy Cohn, is when they started voice recording for the movie. That's a neat shot, thatnks for posting and welcome to the forum!

I thought all the DTVs were set in the universe where Coolsville is their home!

I thought all the DTVs were set in the universe where Coolsville is their home! The people who make the DTV movies by-and-large don't actually care about continuity.

I thought all the DTVs were set in the universe where Coolsville is their home! In Frankencreepy, Moon Monster Madness and LEGO movies, WB tried to make Crystal Cove Gang's new official home instead of Coolsville. I think they've abandoned that idea though. Welcome to the forum!
