This was a really cool episode. And the guest appearances from Scooby's parents was fantastic!

I love that it was just Velma with Shaggy and Daphne. Fred is so unnecessary. This was an excellent episode!

Fred as a plot device is unnecessary when Daphne takes charge... I like Fred as a character though. Neat how the 80s episodes and on come closer to passing the Bechdel test. By the 90s Daphne went from quiet introvert to talkative extrovert!
This episode reminds me of the episode from the first season where creeps and crawls are doing the will. I can't remember the name.

Kind of odd, yes.

That was really not cool (Or very in character) of Shaggy and Scooby at the beginning, screwing up Velma's moment and messing with her interview and going nuts over the camera. Completely rude and uncalled for. Shaggy and Scooby know how much it means to Velma, they wouldn't get in the way of Velma's moment of honor. It seems interesting, but that OOCness at the beginning put me off a lot.

I very vaguely remember to have see this episode one time, but it's so far away...Sadly this serie was not very much broadcast in France (i have see more the 13 goshts however) and i remembered almost nothing about it except there was a period when Daphne was alone with Shaggy and Scooby + Scrappy-Doo. A few years ago there was a website who had uploaded all the épisodes of every series, and i can see this épisodes after many years, but the site was closed at WB requiest (i believe). It was rather strange to see Velma as a guest.

I like this one a lot. Love the historical references and how they used historical inaccuracy as a clue. Another great one

This was another one I really liked, it was so much fun seeing them going around in the White House and Velma being a NASA researcher. Also, in the Italian adaptation, when Shaggy and Scooby swear they're innocent to the president, they actually say "please, do not send us to the electric chair" which is hilarious to me since I doubt they would ever have them say that in the original show. But Americans are quite famous for the eletric chair so it's sort of an implemented stereotype for comedic purpose
