Things change. They always will. Yes, and change can be good. The series changed through its time under HB, but still had "the spirit" of Scooby. Even the first four movies were great change and would have been an awesome series. But, things just went downhill after that. It just doesn't "feel" like Scooby anymore. It's as if it's a different cartoon wearing a Scooby disguise. Change can be good or bad. It depends on you.

Scooby looks like he slammed a few shots of espresso! It will be interesting to see the new series. I was initially not fond of the animation and character design in Mystery Incorporated, but, it grew on me. I really liked the backgrounds in that show.

That does not look like Scooby. Looks more like someone doing a parody of Scooby.

I have my reservations about the new show, but I'm willing to give it a try. This new version of Scooby will be a new take on an old classic and not everyone involved with Scooby wants to make him look original. Sometimes, it's good to see the creative side of other people and their take on him. I was really not looking forward to the show until jcb commented on the forum. His writing in P&F was terrific! After reading his comments, I am looking forward to giving the new series a try. The animation may not be what we are used to, and it freaked me out when I first saw it, but I'm trying to get past that so I can give the new series a fair chance.

They all turned out looking better than in the promos. In fact, I love the new look!
