A tie between "I'd Do Anything" by Simple Plan ("It's Mean, It's Green, It's the Mystery Machine") and "High Five" by Calibretto 13 ("Fright House of a Lighthouse").

"High Five", "The Ghosts of Me and You", "Saying Goodbye" and "Man With The Hex" are all pretty good songs in full form. Have all four on my music player. Scooby was my first time hearing of Ghosts and Hex. The other two I was familiar with prior.
But the one i really like is "Santa Claus, Santa Claus". Is there a full version of that one out anywhere?
Added other: I listen to a bunch of the artists used in the show, but admitedly the songs they used to me aren't there most interestings songs to listen to. But I do like music by Simple Pan, Relient K, Tegan and Sara, and The Ramones.
