Mhmm Captain Cutler is cool looking, and looking back is a little funny that they tackled that idea very early on in the franchise.
You mean the ghost of Captain Cutler really was a not dead Captain Cutler, how shocking!

it was the first time that i can recall that te gang didnt know who the guy was, upon unmasking, until shaggy put the seaweed on him.

I thought when the ghost of Captain Cutler was chasing the gang was the creepiest part, or when the gang sees Captain Cutler's old diving suit sitting in a chair, and those skeleton hands...

Captain Cutler is such an awesome design. I was always hoping there was an action figure of him as a child. Closest I ever got when I was I made a clay figure out of him as a kid. Ha-ha!
