Dr. Phibes was way too stupid in this episode. Not just stupid, overly cheesy stupid. An example of this would be: (A Polar Bear is trying to eat Phibes) Dr. P: Oh look! A white doggy!
That was just too stupid.

I hate when they dumb stuff down like that. Kids are smarter than I think the writers give them credit.

I did love seeing Scooby-Doo being highly intelligent, and I also liked his voice there; he had the slight English accent and stereotypical nerdy speak but still had his distinct Scooby voice anyway

That was just too stupid. I kinda like this one! Phibes can be evil and funny at times. Pericles though was more evil than anyone!
