I liked this episode better than ep 27. Much creepier and both the episode plot and the story arc were very interesting. The character developments and the questions they raised were interesting too.
The only thing that made me mad...and I don't know if those watching online would see this...but one of those little commercial-like intersegment clips gave away the ending in the middle of the episode! It was one of those "meddling kids" shorts that showed the curator handcuffed. I couldn't believe it. I don't know if CN or the producers put those together, but it probably wasn't supposed to air until later eps. But since CN delayed so long...
Needless to say I'll be fast forwarding thru those from now on.

Yep, they're doing that a lot more now.
Did anyone notice during Monday's episode CN gave away the identity of the villain for yesterday's episode in one of those commercial-segments that ahkyahnan is talking about?

I don't usually complain about that sort of thing because business and advertising is what TV is all about anyway, but I think revealing the ending to a show like that is unacceptable.
If it's CN doing it, then it proves they don't care much about SD:MI.
If it's the producers, then it indicates they don't take the 'weekly mystery' aspect very seriously and just consider it a vehicle for moving the character relationships and "curse of Crystal Cove" story arc along.
I don't approve of either, but my gut tells me it's more CN's doing. They probably put these 'shorts' together awhile ago, and then because of the repeated delays haven't been paying attention to when they air. Sad.

I agree! I didn't see the Ep 28 commercial, but when they did that commercial yesterday, I was mad. Defeats the purpose of watching the episode when they reveal it for you.

Forgot to mention, I thought the walking "living" house idea was really cool.

Forgot to mention, I thought the walking "living" house idea was really cool. Mark That is straight out of classic Russian folklore. The same legend is used by Mike Mignola in his Hellboy comics.

Yeah. If anyone was going to be moving a house make sure it has chicken legs! I really liked this episode only because it only had a witch in it. 9.5/10

Very good episode! Shaggy's haircut kinda grew on me at first...

I love Hot Dog Water! She was a much better character than Daphne and Velma combined. Linda Cardellini really worked wonders with her. I like Shaggy's haircut too.
