Episode 31 just aired, it was far better then the previous episode, the mystery was good fun and had a clever twist and we saw more of the gangs family. 8/10

I agree, it was far superior to the Dreamweaver episode. Moved the story along nicely and the mystery was good as well.

I liked the episode, it was a lot better than the Dreamweaver one as well.
I like that they're adding new types of monsters instead of the same monsters over and over.
The Hodag was a cool villain, interesting that they found a disc piece in the cheese.
I guess some of the predictions that were made earlier were true, I think a few people predicted Scooby would get a girlfriend.
Overall it was a good episode, I'm still wondering what the "proposition" is that Pericles will make with the old Mystery Incorporated.
Can't wait for Ep 32!

Saw this one last night.
Well first, Daphne was back in the title sequence. However, I noticed the voiceover for "previously on Mystery Incorporated..." was spoken by Hot Dog Water. I noticed it in Dreamweaver also but forgot to mention it.
I really like this one! Both the weekly mystery and the Curse of Crystal Cove elements were equally intriguing and made my hairs stand on end. Can't wait for the next ep now. The villain was really interesting this time, and in general I've really liked the Season 2 villains. A villain wearing a mask wearing a costume! It's funny, but it's one of those where once you know who it is, you're like "I should've guessed that all along". Using his feet, walking funny, never speaking. But SDMI has so many odd characters anyway, that this one just fit in with the rest. At any rate the Hodag was really cool.
Still not sure about Brad & Judy. One thing I found weird at the end was that they didn't seem to show all that much animosity towards Ricky. Annoyance maybe at who had invited them, but there seemed to be more 'bad blood' between Angel and Ricky than between the Chiles's (assuming they're married and she would be Judy Chiles by now) and Ricky. No "well, well Ricky, so we finally meet again after all these years." Suspicious maybe...unless I'm forgetting something.
I also liked Scooby's new girlfriend. And the other shoe dropping regarding Shaggy. Scooby has been especially brave this season, in both EP 27 and this one. I really liked the part where Scooby and Sheriff Stone got in each others face and growled at one another.
And finding the planispheric disc piece was totally unexpected.
One question though, how did the cheese-maker...can't recall his name...know the ancient cheese was in the locked cabinet to begin with? Did he ever reveal that part? Do we just assume he smelled it while in the caravan and as a connoisseur knew what it was?
And also...don't answer this please as I'm sure it's revealed later...who was that 'glowing voice' that Sheriff Stone saw at the door? Hmmm.

I just saw this episode. i thought it was alright. Happy that Scoobys got a girlfriend and i loved what Velma said: Irony thy name is Nova. That was good. although if i am honest what Judy said to Daphne assuming they were together was interesting to say the least.

Very nice to see "the evil bird in the tree branch" again! And that proposition sounded so evil too!

I liked this episode. Hodag is a very unusual name , however. What Judy said to Daphne was pretty interesting.

Cool! They just now got season 2! The poor Scooby fans... How did they wait so long! Tell me about it... Season 1 started airing last September, but at least they aired all 26 episodes at once without hiatus. But then came the Season 1 re-runs for at least 4-5 times... But if you consider that Greek Scooby fans who buy the DVDs (like me! ) bought the last episodes of Season 1 (Crystal Cove Curse) back in March 2012 and didn't look for Season 2 online... That's a long wait!!
