This was a great episode!
Funny that Hebediah Grim didn't want to judge Velma.
Interesting that Janet and the Sheriff went on a date, although I did expect it.
Awesome villain!
And lastly, my favorite part of the episode: "Quiet! We're trying to make stupid decisions that will ruin the rest of our lives!" Were they hinting they were going to try to have a baby?

I suspect yes to that last question, Doo. It's quite obvious Brad and Judy are trying to gain Fred's trust because they probably suspect he and The Gang have their share of the disks. Clearly, Cassidy/Angel is going to have to take matters into her own hands, but she's at a disadvantage, with The Gang not trusting her one bit.

Who did Hebediah Grim turn out to be? Our satellite went out from a thunderstorm just as act 3 started.

Interesting. Any reason why they saw fit to absolve Velma from Hebediah's judgment when they look down in disdian on all of Scooby and the gang?

Interesting. Any reason why they saw fit to absolve Velma from Hebediah's judgment when they look down in disdian on all of Scooby and the gang? Because they were just trying to get girls to date them and they thought Velma was "unappealing."

For lack of a discreet term, Ethan and Gary turned out to be a couple of douchebags.

Yep, I agree on that.

I watched this today! Poor Velma! She was so upset that she wasn't being judged! haha. I thought it was funny when Scooby kept getting closer to Velma and when she asked what he was doing, he said the safest place to be was near her.
There were some very funny moments in this episode. No one seemed to go off on their own to solve the mystery while the others were preoccupied with something else.
Scooby as Daphne was quite unexpected and really funny!!
Another good episode! I really like season 2 a lot more than season 1!!

I wasn't really SO thrilled with this episode. It was fine, and the "Except you, you may go." stuff to Velma was pretty hilarious. I also like that recurring characters became villains. I also love the concept of a villain "judging people" by smashing them with a giant hammer. It's so ridiculously absurd! Which is, of course, why it works.

I just saw this last night. I know, way behind.
This was a really funny episode, though after that Conquistador ghost at the end of the preceding ep I was hoping things would get darker instead of another funny ep. Guess that's coming soon though. Even Brad and Judy's 'presumed' deception was handled in a very funny manner.
The running gag about Velma being 'Puritan' enough not to need judgement was the best part of the episode, though I was glad she got some revenge in the end.
Funny, but Gary and Ethan's plot is something probably all High School boys fantasized about at one time or another, but never tried. Not that extreme anyway!
The only disappointing thing to me though was that I thought Hebediah was a really cool and scary villain, and it's sad he was wasted in a funny episode.
He reminded me a little of the Woodsman from Camp Scare.

No spoilers here ahkyahnan: I think you'll love episode 36. Far superior to this episode, especially if you like "The Shining."
