I've read about this one, but have never seen any episodes. What was it like?

I thought it wasn't that good, blame Scrappy.
But I love the intro ;D

Yes I like the intro too. I've not seen all of the episodes yet, but based on the few that I have seen, I really like it.

I've seen every single one, becuase I was lucky enough to see them on Fancast before the site was deleted. The best few (to me): Happy Birthday Scooby Doo Scooby's Peephole Pandemonium Halloween Hassle at Dracula's Castle Nutcracker Scoob Sherlock Doo Showboat Scooby (Dixie Doo was a great addition to this episode!)

I am familiar with probably 3 of them. I know I've seen more than that, but I don't really remember them much.

I one i remember the most was Showboat Scooby, which had Dixies only appearance in the series. I didnt see that msny of them, as they dont air too many of them, prefering to do the earlier Scooby and scrappy Dooo or PUp.

I might be biased because of Shaphne, but I LOVED this series! They had some really strong episodes and I liked that one episode included just Velma and not Fred as she was always the more interesting/likeable of the two. Having the two guest star was a nice addition though. Scrappy doesn't bother me, and the Shaggy/Daphne relationship was strengthened further in this series. I wish this would be released properly on DVD already so I could add them to my collection and enjoy re-watching them.
Also...who could forget that awesome intro?!

Somewhere between Meh and Dire. I can take it or leave it, mostly leave it. Seen a few and they never really did it for me.

I believe i posted this somewhere on this forum but not in this thread i suppose, but anyway. This and the previous show/season have grown on me a bit more than what i remember when i was younger. I really do like the dynamic of Scooby/Shaggy/Scrappy/Daphne. I like that it accomplishes both the more classic mystery and the detective side from the part of scooby and scrappy.
Some of this might be in part due i remember catching these two shows a bit less, but back when i would have probably put Pup and New Scooby Movies, ahead of these shows, i can't really say that anymore. Not that i dislike the other two now, but i've just come to appreciate these seasons all the more in revisiting them.

One of the main reasons I love this show and it's predecessor is because it had an excellent team dynamic/relationship between Shaggy and Daphne. They proved that the whole gang didn't have to be there to have a successful and entertaining Scooby-Doo show. It even had nice throwbacks to the classics where Velma and/or Fred guest starred. The plots were entertaining and interesting, even when shortened down. I do think the half-hour ones were best though. I'd love for another Scooby-Doo show in this format, although I doubt Warner Brothers could execute it properly.

this was the era of the short 2 parter episodes, with the entire episode being 14 minutes. can't really do much, mystery-wise with only 14 minutes. hence why the 'first guy you see is the villan ' trope came into play here.
