Isn't there a flashback or something to Pup in What's New Scooby Doo?

Yeah a flashback to Velma's birthday party in the episode when they encounter a metallic clown at a crazy golf course or something. The flashback shows the gang at the party and Velma getting scared of him like the metallic one in the What's New episode. I think it's called something like "A Something Round with a Something Metallic Clown". I can't believe I remembered all of that!!!

Also, I notice that they switch episodes around. Like They switch ep.7 and 8 around on the DVD. It makes no sense!

The older Scooby Doo shows, for the most part, have never been good with continuity. Pup is supposed to be a prequel to Where Are You, but Pup can't be a prequel to Where Are You because Where Are You takes place in 1969/70 and Pup takes place during the late 80's{after all Velma does have a computer}. And of course we now have the new movie which changes it again. I like to consider Pup and What's New in it's own seperate continuity And where did Fred and Velma go to during the Scrappy Doo series?

Excellent points, SS. I wish the series flowed better from one to the next.

Yeah, I know different people write it, but they should still try to get the facts right.

I agree, littleb. They could hire people to do research on older episodes and series to keep the facts straight so it all flows together.

It's really strange that during chase scenes they would randomly stop and start dancing.

I don't think it would be too hard to get the continuity right, I mean after all, we are all just fans and we have noticed nearly ALL of the mistakes!
