I saw this name on Wikipedia under the Scooby-Doo article! It's supposed to air in 2011, but I couldn't find any news for it anywhere else. Has anyone heard anything?

Sounds vaguely familiar, but if I did see it before I'm almost certain it was also a reference from Wiki. They've posted similar things in the past...only to remove them later...so who knows. I'm sure this'll be the first site to confirm anything that does happen though!

I've heard of it. I also believe someone here posted something about the name previously, but it hasn't been confirmed as far as I know.

The name is LOL. Yah I've heard of it too. If true, what the heck could it be about? Boogeyman in the West? What?XD

Yeah, it seems so off from the other titles.

I looked for it again on Wikipedia, and now they are calling the movie "Scooby Doo and the Wild West Frankenstein".

A reanimated Billy The Kid maybe?

Or maybe a Wild West Camp invaded by a reanimated Billy The Kid? SpiderScooby posted the below in another thread, but it seems it would apply here too, so I copied it here:
------------------------------------------------------------
I (SpiderScooby) found the press release that mentions it.
"An animated creation from the legendary Hanna-Barbera studios, Scooby-Doo celebrated his 40th anniversary in 2009 and represents one of the longest running, most beloved franchises in cartoon history. Starting with Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! in 1969, the awkward, snack-craving Great Dane and his four unique pals have been solving mysteries through 10 televisions series (spanning nearly 300 episodes, with a new series slated for debut in 2011), seven TV specials/telefilms, 14 made-for-video animated films (with No. 15, Scooby-Doo: Camp Scare, arriving in September 2010), and two live action theatrical features (Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed)."

Now it's listed as Scooby-Doo and the Wild West Frankenstein.

I wonder how many times they will change the name before it is released.

There are probably going to appear more titles like 'Wild West Dracula' or 'Wild West Mummy' ^^

HAHA That's funny, the names keep changing. Me thinks we don't know what the real name is yet LOL. Will know when we see it confirmed soon. It doesn't normally take too long.

Western Frankenstein sounds funny. Being from a state famous for it's cowboys and Westerness I'm really interested how they do it but it will really piss me off if it takes place in Texas and they write us all as hicks with really harsh accents
