Do you like it better when Scooby movies solve the mystery, or leave it on a cliffhanger.
3 examples of a cliffhanger: Arabian Nights Since most people probably turned the TV off or wrecked the DVD before they got to the end, here's how it ended. Scooby and Shaggy are left with the decision of becoming royal storytellers or being beheaded.
Reluctant Werewolf The gang escapes from Dracula's castle and goes home, but the monsters look in the window and say "We're back!"
Boo Brothers Shaggy thinks he has captured all the ghosts and goes home. He hasn't though, as he is driving home he sees the ghost of his uncle and drives away as the ghost is chasing him.

I personally like when the mystery is solved, but I did like Boo Brothers and Reluctant Werewolf, despite the fact.

There is a difference between those movies being a cliffhanger and making a current movie be a cliffhanger. I like those movies, but I definitely wouldn't want a movie to be a cliffhanger now, to where they don't solve the mystery!

Yeah, if it's a real mystery, I want it solved unless there's going to be a Part 2. I think it worked okay for the movies above because they were more comedies than whodunnit's, but for a 'regular' mystery movie it should be solved.
Although, I don't mind some loose ends that could be resolved later in another movie. Like a character disappearing or some secondary question unanswered.

I agree too! What would the point of a mystery be if it didn't get solved?

I agree I want it to be solved unless there is a 2nd part and I don't have to wait a year for it!

I definately prefer the mystery to be solved, but (there is always a but) I do like how they left the mystery of the loch ness monster and abominable snowman in tact at the end of those movies. I also don't mind the ending of the Boo brothers as they did solve the mystery of the treasure and caught the sheriff. So i guess i wouldn't like a true cliffhanger if they didn't solve the mystery, but don't mind if a part is left to the imagination or attributed to the supernatural.
