I think the movies work better as set-up than wrap up. However they definitely would have flowed better to feature one of the three missing characters (Fred in Werewolf, Velma in Boo Bros, Daphne in Ghoul School) to show Fred and Velma resigning and then had the movie that was Arabian just be Yogi movie + Scooby & Shaggy bonus. The 13 Wrap up would have been good for maybe a special in 1997 (cast of Heather, Billy, Hadley, Susan and Maurice since of the original cast Heather and Frank were the only ones still actively involved at that point given what Kasem, Don, Price and Jaffe were up to or in the case of Don and Price not upto.) What I meant is that a rap up 13 Ghosts movie would have replaced either Werewolf or Ghoul School. And I would have preferred if they used Daphne for all three movies since that's what it's been for three seasons at the time of these movies. Perhaps the other of the two movies I mentioned could have been a prequel for The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show which would show Fred and Velma's departure from the gang in the beginning and also would erase the Scrappy shorts between 1980-1982. Arabian Nights should have just been a Yogi movie since Scooby and Shaggy were hardly in it.

I haven't watched all of the movies, but I can assure you that Arabian Nights is the worst one of the lot! It's just awful, Shaggy and Scooby was only in it 10 minutes, and should have called it Hanna-Barbera presents Arabian Nights. The animation was terrible, the story was boring, just a awful film. One of the worst animated films, I've watched.

Also Loch Ness Monster, is meh. I could take it or leave it.

Scooby's name wasn't in the title until it was released on DVD Heh, because it felt so much like a Warner Bros. cartoon of the era (and this was two years BEFORE Warner Bros. bought H-B!), I made up what the movie would've been like if it had the characters from the WB/Steven Spielberg animated shows of that time. Yakko, Wakko and Dot would take Shaggy and Scooby's place in the framing devices, Buster and Babs Bunny could be Aliyah-Din's genies, and Flavia Hippo would be in the role of Sinbad, with Maria Hippo as his wife. Many other "Animaniacs" and "Tiny Toon Adventures" characters would make cameos throughout the movie.

I think you're the only person who I've heard they like at least one thing or doesn't hate Arabian Nights, Scooby and Shaggy should have been replaced with Yogi Bear, and called it Yogi Bear in Arabian Nights.

The Sinbad segment is one of the funniest cartoons the Hanna-Barbera studio has ever produced period. I can't completely hate Arabian Nights. It still didn't feel like a Hanna-Barbera cartoon though, despite featuring Magilla Gorilla. It felt more like, well, a Warner Bros. cartoon, with the same kind of music and sound effects, and similar writing and humor, complete with pop culture references (like that stuffy rich cyclops complaining he's going to miss seeing "Cats") and medium-awareness (Magilla saying "Amazing how things happen right on cue in a cartoon, isn't it?" feeling more like something Babs Bunny or Yakko Warner would say.) Except the animation was more inferior to the WB shows of the time, and there was the constant use of an annoying running gag ala "The Fairly Oddparents."

I believe the latest dtv movie I have seen is Moon Monster Madness so I can't say that this list is super accurate. There's a few (cough... Return to Zombie Island... cough) that I probably won't watch at all, but I believe that this list won't necessarily be accurate once I get caught up given crossover films are not my favorite.
Counting only animated movies: 3. Tie- Samurai Sword and Wrestlemania Mystery- I don't remember necessarily disliking either but neither were memorable to me and I haven't felt the need to revisit Samurai Sword in a while or Wrestlemania at all 2. Goblin King- A very polarizing movie, but I was never a fan unfortunately 1. The Mystery Map- I would've taken a normal A Pup Named Scooby Doo movie, but making them puppets was not something I could really get behind. Made me cringe more often than not
Arabian Knights and Music of the Vampire are probably among the next few, but I don't dislike them to the extent some do, but they are weak compared to most of the rest in my mind. I enjoy the Magilla Gorilla segment quite a bit of the former

1. Samurai Sword. It's just 74 straight minutes of racism. And TBH, in Goblin King, I don't really mind that it's a mostly Shaggy and Scooby movie. But in this one? The rest of the gang is definitely missed, and their absence is way more painful. Plus, I feel like not enough was done with Daphne's interest in martial arts; they were there for her competition, so why not focus more on her? 2. Reluctant Werewolf. Just gonna copy/paste my review from Letterboxd here (note: the only reason this one is ranked a notch above Samurai Sword is because it's not racist, at the very least) (note 2: my Letterboxd reviews are less "professional", aka NOT the way I talk on this forum, and are more comical, so there's a bit of exaggeration despite it being representative of my feelings) 3. Boo Brothers. I don't even particularly dislike this one, but it's just at the very back of my ranking list, unfortunately. I'm just meh on it.
Arabian Nights woulda been 3rd, but I decided not to count it. I'm not sure why it was even billed as a Scooby movie to begin with. I don't dislike that one, either, it's just odd.
