She was with the gang at the time.

She was with the gang at the time. Then that would imply for at least some of the time she went to a different school to the rest of them. What kind of school was it she called her Alma Mater?

It didn't say what kind of school.

Different people have different views when it comes to continuity. It's not something that has a definite answer. I view everything as being on one continuity. And I don't believe in Mystery Begins/Lake Monster at all. To add to that, I view the books and comic books to be on a different/separate continuity from what is show on TV.

I don't think the Superstars 10 movies count as part of the original timeline and the first four WB DTVs don't count as part of What's New.
Original Hannah Barbera timeline -Scooby-Doo: Where are You? -The New Scooby-Doo Movies -Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (Not including the shorts) -The New Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show (Fred/Velma leave) -The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries -The 13 Ghost of Scooby-Doo
Warner Brothers -A Pup Named Scooby-Doo (Ugh) -Scooby-Doo: Where are You? -The New Scooby-Doo Movies -Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo -Scrappy-Doo Shorts (Fred/Daphne/Velma leave) -What's New Scooby-Doo -Current WB DTVs
Live-Action -The Mystery Begins -Lake Monster -Scrappy Sucks: The Movie -Monsters Unleased
Media without Continuity (non-canon) -Late 80s Superstars 10 Movies -Johnny Bravo Crossover -First Four WB DTVs (These don't get referenced later) -Harvey Birdman -Robot Chicken -Get a Clue -Mad (2010 TV Series) -Mystery Incorporated (It's a separate universe then HB or WB) -Be Cool

That still doesn't show continuity, more publisher and chronology.
Well as we've yet to see Be Cool you can't place it, IIRC the thing we do know is that they've finally finished with school and are off to college (why Americans go to college and not University is something that I don't really get, but I digress...) . SO until we see it I don't think you can place it.
Get a clue could be fitted in, there's nothing in it to stop it being a branch from one of the other shows.

(why Americans go to college and not University is something that I don't really get, but I digress...) Technically here college's and universities are two different types of institutions, but people tend to use the term "college" when generically referring to post high school education. (I guess because traditionally there were many more of them and the more common choice of many students...nowadays I'm not sure that's as true but the word usage persists.) Hope that helps. Mark

The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries showed Scooby and Shaggy knew each other since infants.

Mark Thanks, here college tends to offer post 16 education or more vocational courses. This is not to be confused with collegiate universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Durham etc which have colleges but they are not colleges in the above sense. Some, like Imperial College is a full-blown universities (and in the case of Imperial one of the top 10 universities in the world).

The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries showed Scooby and Shaggy knew each other since infants. As did APNSD (and I expect that relationship was different from what was in TNSDM), all of which goes to show that continuity and coherent time-line is not something WB ever gave much thought about.
