I don't see any Scooby figures with this one. And I can't believe Lego is suggesting it be aimed at kids 14 and up.

You missed my point a little... No, this is not a Scooby-Doo set. Lego does not have the license to make Scooby-Doo products. So no, there are no scooby mini-figs with it. But this is a really REALLY cool set that would fit right in with the Scooby-doo aesthetic.
I think that since Lego considers this a collector's set, they set the suggested age at 14. It might be due to the number of pieces, but I'm not a Lego policy expert to be able to definitively say.

I agree that it would fit right in with Scooby!

Someone put a lot of work into those, but I don't think I would spend 175 on them even though they are unique. I believe Charater Arts who does have the over-all Scooby toy license said that they are going to put out Scooby themed building sets...so while I don't think they will be as cool as Lego brand sets, they might be compatible enough to use the figures in a set like the haunted house.

If I was rich I would pay $175.00 for those custom figures.

Dear god, what do adults think preteens are gonna do with these?

The haunted house set is great!! It does totally fit the Scooby theme. Too bad LEGO doesn't have the license to make Scooby sets. That would be awesome!!

That haunted house is very cool! I showed my son and he already added it to his birthday list. He better hope I win the lottery as $180 is steep!! If it was Scooby I could justify it more.
The custom scooby lego's are neat but $175??!! I wonder if anyone will buy them for that much. I think the Fred one looks the best. The Shaggy one is pretty good too.
And I agree, I definitely would be buying a Scooby Lego set if they ever made one! We'll have to watch for the 'Character Arts' one.
