I thought this would be interesting... My worst picks are Hadley Kay, and Neil Fanning (yes, I admit, the latter could NOT do a very good Scooby-Doo voice.) As for Frank Welker's Scooby, it reminds me more of the voice he used for Brain on the "Inspector Gadget" cartoon of the 1980s: Frank Welker can still do the Brain voice pretty well, as he did on a "Robot Chicken" segment once (he also reprised the roles of Dr. Claw and M.A.D. Cat as well!) Am I the only one who noticed Welker's Scooby has changed a bit since SD:MI started up? Oh and I DELIBERATELY left out Don Messick, as he was the best Scooby

I'm going to go with Neil Fanning. I think Frank Welker does a great Scooby and think Scott Innes was really good too! It's too bad Scott doesn't voice Scooby anymore. I think he was closest to Don.

Hmm this is very interesting because I like Neil Fannings voice for scooby better than Scott Innes. I felt Neil`s scooby was very natural sounding and fit scooby-doo well. I am not a fan at all of scott`s shaggy voice. I like his scooby better than his shaggy. Frank has done a great job playing scooby-doo. But hey, that man is a voice acting legend so thats no surprise.

Me too, not as good as Frank, but I thought Scott did great as Scooby. I think he did a great Shaggy voice too.

Dont get me wrong, I love his scooby. But I like Neil`s better.
I really prefer Mathew as Shaggy. I think Scott`s shaggy is too high pitch sounding.

I don't think any of the voice actors have captured Don's energy and cutesy tone.
I just saw Johnny Bravo and Hedley was painful! No thank you!

Nothing against frank, but Scott should be voicing scooby this is IMO he's don messick's comparison. As for shaggy I don't get how Matt won that audition Scott is ten times better, you could even make a case for Billy west being the third best shaggy. Idk, I really don't I think frank ios nothing other than Freddie compared to what' Don and Scott were to the franchise.

Innes, you just don't sound like Scooby or Shaggy I'm sorry. It wouldn't be too bad if you were only in the video games but... two movies? Come on Scott you know better than that. Neil Fanning and Hadley Kay are way worse, but Innes did Scooby for longer than both of them which evens it out.

She not on the list, but i think Marla Frumkin who voiced Velma in episodes 12-15 for the Scooby Doo and Scrappy Doo Show was the worst voice actor in Scooby Doo history.
