If we're talking western cartoons, the only one I still actively follow other than Scooby Doo is MLP:FiM. I've even cosplayed a few of those guys.
If this branches out to anime, though, then that's a whole nother ball game.

My list would have to include: Scooby of course Garfield Duck Tales TaleSpin Tom and Jerry Looney Tunes (Original) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Disney Originals (Mickey, Goofy, Donald)

If this branches out to anime, though, then that's a whole nother ball game. No reason you can't list Anime you enjoy. I see that at least one other poster stated they could list a few titles as well. When I get to putting together my favorites, I'll have a few on there as well.

Alrighty then xD Time to see how long this list gets...
I've watched a ton, but my favorites are probably:
Puella Magi Madoka Magica K-ON! Accel World (well, so far; I'm still watching that one) Black Rock Shooter Highschool of the Dead Umineko no Naku Koro Ni Gosick Lucky Star Kuroshitsuji (the manga's way better, though)
I also like Angel Beats, but at this point it's more for its soundtrack than anything else. Girls Dead Monster is awesome.
And they're not technically anime, but I really love Vocaloid.
