In 'Wrath of the Krampus' from SDMI, Velma reads to the gang about Nibiru from what she says is 'her favorite internet encyclopedia'. Interestingly enough, what she reads is nearly word-for-word from the current Wikipedia article on Nibiru.

If you go to the coordinates to Senor Primero Llave's (from SDMI Aliens Among Us) grave in real life, it will lead you to the Warner Bros studio.

The title and the villain from 'Stand and Deliver' is actually a parody of an Adam and the Ants song.

'Dark Night of the Hunters' was supposedly a parody of Indiana Jones.

In the game "Crystal Cove Online", they reference the episode "Night of the Boogey Biker" from A Pup Named Scooby Doo in one of the sidequests. Yeah, I remember. Angel had sent Shaggy and Scooby to the catwalk of the Terrorpheum Theater to collect script pages, and Shaggy was reading them. The story was set in Coolsville, and the villain was Red Herring.

This should be considered a fun fact... Did you know that besides Scooby, Shaggy is the only Mystery Inc. character to star in every cartoon? That's not really true. There are 13 shorts of Yabba and Scrappy which did not include Scooby nor Shaggy whatsoever.
